Handy and Dandy

I frequently get those “chain emails” that get broadcast to everyone and anyone…I am encouraged to send them on to eight people in eight minutes, ten people in ten minutes, etc. under pain of breaking out in boils, losing all my money, never smiling again…any or all of these threats.

I rarely do them. In fact, most times I just delete them before I curse myself permanently. Remember I am superstitious at best.

However, I make an exception when it’s something that’s realllllly funny or useful. In fact, one of  my friends sent one to me that I thought was extremely clever…and it wasn’t 15 other uses for a can of soda. I thought I’d share these with you this week for a little change of pace.  I apologize for the fact that some of the graphics are “larger than life” but that was the only way to insure that you could see the suggested use clearly! For me, at least, these were some I’d never seen.

Feel free to comment or add your own handy tricks.

my favorites are the pool noodle since the kiddie barriers dont work on the higher mattresses now, the can opener for plastic sealed stuff, and the staple remover for key rings. all very useful tidbits.

Since you have talked about how much you love flip flops have you ever tried that flip flop fix? I got a kick out of that one.

Very useful. Agree with Joan on the pool noodle for kids’ beds and love the idea of the stocking over the vacuum to save my forever-dropped earrings!
