Chamber Music: Enjoy lunchtime chamber music concerts sponsored by the city’s Cultural Arts Committee. Bring a brown-bag lunch to the Saddleback Room at the Mission Viejo Civic Center. The events are held once a month and a free-will donation will be requested. Information: 949.470.8440.

E-books: Amazon Kindle users can now access digital books available through the Mission Viejo Library. OverDrive, which distributes the e-books for more than 11,000 school and public libraries. Information: CityofMissionViejo.org/library.

City Blog: The city is looking for participation on the Mission Viejo Life Blog. Community members can submit artwork, photos and any pieces of community news to be featured on MissionViejoLife.org. Local History: The city’s Heritage Committee and the Mission Viejo Library staff have finished a year-long oral history project. See interviews and read transcripts at cityofmissionviejo.org.

After Hours Networking: The Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce is hosting this event from 5 to 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month. There’s no admission fee to the event held at Buffalo Wild Wings at Kaleidoscope, 27741 Crown Valley Parkway. Information and RSVP: missionviejochamber.com.

Health Series: Educational series designed to help you learn the basics for developing a healthy lifestyle. Look Good … Feel Better: This program is for women to develop skills to enhance their appearance while undergoing cancer treatment.
