Farmer’s Market: A market has been established in the parking lot of “Big Lots” off Avenida de las Banderas, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m Saturdays.
Nature Walk: Join the naturalists on a nature walk and learn about Trabuco Canyon animals and nature. Light to moderate walk on mostly paved roads. Meet at the Nature Center just inside the main entrance of the park. Event is conditional on the weather. Home Repair Help: The Bell Tower Foundation is seeking seniors or severely disabled residents who are in need of home repairs and maintenance. The foundation received a grant through the city to handle such repairs. Residents may obtain an application for eligibility by calling 949.216.9700, ext. 254, or going to belltowerfoundation.org.
Pet Vaccinations: The city will open its monthly low-cost pet vaccination clinic 30 minutes earlier for cats only. The clinic is open from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center. Cat owners may arrive at 6:30 p.m. No appointment is needed. Senior Mobility Program: The city in partnership with the Orange County Transportation Authority and California Yellow Cab will help seniors get around town at a more affordable price. The city’s Senior Mobility Program provides transportation to adults 60+ who live in the city. Information: 949.216.9700.

Recycle Batteries: Get rid of used batteries at a recycle box at City Hall. Batteries can be placed in the bins during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Free Health Screening: You can get a free blood pressure check from 10 a.m. to noon every Tuesday at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center. The center is at 22232 El Paseo.
